In order to keep the Drammen Lutheran Cemetery Association self-supporting and orderly governed, the following rules and regulations shall be in effect:
I. No lots will be sold to anyone who is not an active member of the Drammen Lutheran Church. See requirements of the church.
II. If there is room on an existing family lot, a non-member family member could be buried in the family plot, (for example grandson on grandparents lot).
III. One traditional burial per lot and up to four cremations per lot if middle stone is flat with the ground surface.
IV. Current prices for lots are as follows:
A. Full Plot (8 lots) $500.00 perpetual care and $300.00 site charge=$800.00
B. Half Plot (4 lots) $300.00 perpetual care and $200.00 site charge=$500.00
C. Single Plot (1 lot) $150.00 perpetual care and $100.00 site charge=$250.00
V. The opening and closing of every grave shall be arranged for by the funeral home and/or the Drammen Lutheran Cemetery Association Board.
VI. All monuments which are to be placed at the gravesite are required to be placed on an appropriate concrete pad.
VII. Current rates for opening and closing of graves are as follows:
A. Adult grave - $600.00
B. Cremation and babies - $175.00
C. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: Plus $50.00
D. Winter fee December – March: Plus $50.00
